At Atmosphere Kitchen And Bath, we strive to make the contracting process as easy and seamless as possible for our clients.
We understand that remodeling projects can be stressful, so we do everything we can to make the experience as stress-free as possible by providing clear and concise communication, detailed quotes, and timely project completion.
Our goal is to take the hassle out of the contracting process so that our clients can focus on enjoying their newly transformed space.

Your Dream Space In 11 Easy Steps
1. FILL OUT OUR CONTACT FORM
Our contact form is designed to be as easy and straightforward as possible. By giving us some details and attaching some images, we will be able to get an idea of your project scope and start picturing your upgrade.
2. PHONE CONSULTATION
During the phone consultation, we will discuss your vision for the project, as well as your budget and timeline. We will also answer any questions you may have about our process or services. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and see if we are the right fit for your project.
3. ON-SITE CONSULTATION
We provide an on-site consultation for $500. This includes a walkthrough of the space with one of our experienced contractors, a detailed quote, and a project timeline. Our on-site consultations are a great way to get started on your remodeling project and ensure that it is completed seamlessly and on time.
4. DESIGN PHASE
After the on-site consultation, we will have a design phase where we will provide a 2D rendering of your project. Depending on the complexity of your project, a 3D rendering can be provided as well. We understand that every project is different, so we tailor our design services to meet the specific needs of each client.
5. Project Proposal
The project proposal step of our process is designed to provide our homeowners with a detailed and accurate estimate of the scope and cost of their project.
This proposal step is important in ensuring that both the client and our company are on the same page from the start, and helps to avoid any surprises or misunderstandings down the road.
6. SIGN THE CONTRACT
Once we are on the same page, and you’re happy with all the details in your project proposal, we will present the contract and sign it together.
During this time, we will collect your deposit for the project.
7. PRE-JOB WALKTHROUGH
Before we start any work on your home, we will do a pre-job walkthrough with you to make sure we are on the same page and provide you a chance to ask any last-minute questions.
We’ll also make sure to protect any areas of your home that will not be worked on to ensure your stuff is safe from dust and debris.
8. WE GET TO WORK
This is where the magic happens! As we build out your vision, we will keep you updated and informed on our progress. You’ll be able to enjoy your new and improved space before you know it!
9. Final WALKTHROUGH
Once we have completed your project, we will do a final walkthrough with you to show you your completed space and address anything that needs tweaking before we leave.
10. 5-YEAR WARRANTY
Atmosphere Kitchen And Bath offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. If something happens to your project that is within our control and covered by our contract, we will come out to the job site free of charge to make it right.
11. 3 day in person final walkthrough, 3 week phone call, 3 month phone call, 12 months on site visit
We want you to absolutely love your new space, which is why we offer an extensive follow-up program to make sure your space, and your experience, are above and beyond your expectations. We practice a 3-3-3-12 follow-up to give you the opportunity to address any imperfections in your project.
